What’s Up Wednesday [May 2026]
I am so excited to be finally joining another What’s Up Wednesday!! YAY!! HERE WE GO!

This past weekend, we grilled cheeseburgers, and gosh, they were delicious! Not only did we grill on Sunday, but we also had corn on the cob, and oh my gosh, I forgot how delicious corn on the cob is! And to top off our fun Memorial Day weekend meal, we had ice cream in waffle cones! They were delicious!
The rest of the week, we are eating tacos; ravioli with sauce, salad, garlic knots; and pizza on Friday night. I have had to keep our meals so simple lately because my youngest, Kate, is in a picky stage, and I just don’t like to fight at night about eating, so I stick to things I know she will like and eat.

I have been thinking a lot about just how quickly this year went by. I’ve been thinking about the beginning of the year and just how much both Kate and Caroline have grown. I’ve also been reminiscing about our summer vacation to Niagara Falls and Toronto last year, and our trips to San Antonio and Savannah. We had a packed year that I wish I had documented more here on this little blog of mine.

I have been loving my last days with just me and Kate at home. I can’t believe she will be in Pre-K next year. I’m trying to soak in every little moment of our routine together.
I’m also loving all the time we have getting so spent with family. We truly have had so much family time, and I’ve loved it!

As I mentioned above, we have been spending a lot of time with family. From weddings, to First Communions, to birthday parties, to sadder moments like cleaning out my grandma’s home. It has been fun to have so much family time.
We’ve also been swimming a lot. My girls usually swim almost every day, but I have also been swimming, and it’s felt so nice.

Hmmm…I think Kate going to Pre-K. I’m super excited for her, but gosh, she is my baby, and I just can’t believe this time has come. OK…enough of that because I just can’t think of it too much.

I have been loving trying to work on my other blogs. My big focus is Travel Mom Diaires. The website is still a work in progress like links etc. I don’t favor the techy stuff at all but the writing portion is fun.
My most recent post was a review of our spring break trip to Hilton Head, Savannah, and Jekyll Island. Take a look if you want here!

I am soooo excited for SUMMER! We have several trips planned and I’m very excited for each and every one!

Not only am I excited for all our trips but I’m so excited to spend extra time with my girls. It makes me so so happy when I’m home with both girls. I truly love it so much.

I am currently watching, even as I type, Vanderpump Villa. I didn’t realize how fun this show was. It’s totally a bravo show not on bravo lol!
I actually started watching this show because I was watching Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and if you know anything about the drama there it’s all intertwined and it just came to a point in that show where I needed to the other show. So here I am binge watching Vanderpump Villa.

I’m currently reading People We Meet on Vacation. And truthfully the reason I’m reading it is because I want to watch the movie while on the plane this summer. So far it’s a cute book.

I have been listening to Hawaiian radio on pandora..it’s such a fun chill station and I love the vibes it gives.

I’m also listening to Super Attractor by Gabrille Bernstein. I’ve been very attracted and interested in books about manifesting and attracting the life you want. My favorite girlie in this genre is Amanda Frances. I love her. I found her from RHOBH and I just loved her positive attitude and her outlook on life. So of course, I had to find our more about her and I did. I totally dove into listening to her podcast and audiobook.

These shorts from Target in every color. Seriously they are delightful.

I can’t believe that dare I say this weekend we don’t have anything planned! We have not had a blank weekend on our calendar since we got back from our Spring Break trip in March.
So what are we doing this weekend…swimming, sleeping in, Mass, steak dinner, maybe going to out to eat one night. I’m very thankful for this weekend…I will let you know next week if life changes.

I needed some more organizational bags so of course I went on Amazon and grabbed these. They are cute and perfect. I don’t know how long they will last but they are doing a good job for now.
Alright my friends, this was fun to do a very quick What’s Up Wednesday. I love linking up with other bloggers and trying to get my blogging on again!
Tata for now!
