Gosh, life lately has just been such a blur. We’ve really been enjoying our little schedule that we keep to but looking back it’s hard to remember which day was which. They’re all blending together.
I’ll start with last Sunday and head all the way into yesterday.

We went on our usual walks down to the retention pond to see the ducks and pretty wildflowers that I’m pretty sure are just weeds. lol!

We made delicious mojitos which you totally need to try!

I started to have a new breakfast and I’ve been loving it!
And I officially resided to the fact that I just going to be wearing work out outfits from here on out so I’m really not even going to try to put on something else lol!

Caroline and I made some fun Earth Day crafts while it rained.
After nap time is one of favorite times with Caroline. This day she wanted to make silly faces with me on my phone. She laughs so hard at these, I love it!
Then thankfully the sun came out and I was able to get a run in on the treadmill and she played with her bubbles.

We had pizza for dinner that night, which we usually have on Friday’s but we had Monday too!

On Tuesday, I made more Mini Pancake Muffins for Caroline, and then we hurried off to my friend’s house to give her a thermometer because her’s broke. Her husband was sick but thankfully didn’t have the virus.

During nap time, I wanted to share on my stories a little video about the lipsticks that I love and suddenly it became an IGTV instead. I actually had no idea what I was doing with IGTV but it was fun! I definitely need to practice and research some!

Then I worked out and we went on a walk and found some really beautiful flowers.

I looked at our daily schedule because I felt like I needed just a little adjusting to it. And I decided that we needed to take a morning walk every day.

So after breakfast, we get ready for the day and go on a morning walk and Caroline and I have LOVED it! Gosh, it’s just so refreshing and a great way to start the day.

We love seeing the pretty flowers, palm trees, and pool in our neighborhood. We actually stand by the pool gate for several minutes talking about how fun it will be to go swimming soon!

Then we played outside and sweet little Caroline fell and hurt her knee which she already hurt the other day. All she wanted to do after that was cuddle and watch Tangled and ya know what I was fine with that.
I cuddled that little girl and read my book.
That afternoon I worked out and then we made Salmon for dinner.

Thursday was a beautiful day! We ate breakfast on our new plates from Target (target pick-up)! And we watched YouTube videos about Disney World. We’re craving to go back!

We went on our little walk and saw more beautiful flowers. And cleaned out the garage!

Then we ate lunch on our other plates we got from Target.

I was so thankful to get in another workout while sweet Caroline played with bubbles.

That evening we had breakfast sandwiches for dinner. I was not in the mood to cook anything we had so I cooked breakfast. I feel like you can’t go wrong with breakfast for dinner.

Friday was such a yucky stormy day. It actually rained all day. I don’t think I once saw a break in the rain.
So on rainy days we tend to do our nails because no shoes are needed.

I bought this nail polish remover and y’all it’s amazing! I felt like the regular nail polish remover was tearing my nails up. I think this one will be better!
Then I showed Caroline a video of my sister playing the guitar and singing and not but two seconds later Caroline was playing my husband’s mandoline which she calls Caroline’s guitar.
Any time I walked away to go do something Caroline was back with her guitar playing and singing. She loved it so much!
So we FaceTimed Emmy, my sister, and had some concerts. It was one of the sweetest most beautiful moments. Gosh, so cute!

In between all that we did some of Caroline’s puzzles which were so fun!

Then at nap time I worked on our bed, I love a rainy cozy day.
After nap, Caroline and I sat on the bed for about an hour. She was pretending type on our old computer while I worked on somethings.

Then I did some yoga, made cookies, and watched Disney Sing-a-long! Such a good show! If you haven’t seen it you need to grab your little one and watch it!

I taught VIPKID for two hours and then went to Publix. I haven’t gone to the sotres since this has all started. My husband has gone or I’ve done pick-up or delivery.
What a weird experience. I totally hate wearing a mask it was so weird and uncomfortable. Publix was so clean but felt so dead. I don’t know maybe like the spirit of people was just dead. It was a strange feeling. I’ve never felt that way there before. Usually a trip to Publix is a real pick me up but this was truly not.

I bought some beautiful flowers while I was there which I was so excited for.
Then I came home and unloaded the mother of all grocery runs while Caroline and John played guitar.

Then I made our go-to weekend lunch. Grilled cheese, crinkle chips, and pickles! So yummy!
While Caroline took her nap, John got in some work and I was able to write part of this little post!

And when she woke we took a really nice bike ride one of our favorite things to do then we watched Mass on TV, feed Caroline her dinner, put her to bed, and had our regular Saturday date night! So fun and so nice!

On Sunday we had a yummy breakfast with biscuits, eggs, bacon, and fruit. Then we headed out for a walk but man it was so hot out.

So when we got home we stayed inside till lunch and watched old Disney shorts from the 1940’s Caroline loved them and we did too!

Then at nap time we had these lovely bloody marys. They were soooo good!

And when Caroline woke it was bike riding time again! We are pretty predictable!
That night we had our Italian dinner night and then Caroline put on a concert with my sister for my parents and John’s parents. We all just ate it up!
Well, that’s a little or a lot of our life lately! lol! I hope you’re having a great Monday! I will see you back tomorrow! I’ll be talking about Caroline’s sleep habits! I’m so excited to share this with you and I have a little something extra I’ll be sharing too! So come back to see!

We had some warmish sunny weather on Saturday but other than that it’s been pretty rainy and cool so we have become masters at getting outside before and in between rain. I have shopped twice now with a mask on and I totally agree that I hate it; I felt like I was adjusting that mask (and touching my face to do it!) constantly.
Me too! My mask even fell off of me once. Ahh!
She is the absolute sweetest!!! Her rosy cheeks are the best. Where did you get her bubble maker?? My daughter is 18 months and obsessed with blowing bubbles but has no clue how to do it and ends up spilling bubbles everywhere! Haha. Glad I swung by your blog today, all your pictures make me happy, especially the flowers!

Aw you are so sweet!! I got it from Target online! It was only $3! Here’s the link! My daughter gets it for the most part. But she loves it when I blow them for her with this. And the added bonus, I don’t have to keep blowing and blowing!
