Shark week!
If you follow me through my blog here or on Instagram you know that we are loving all things Shark Week! We made a fun craft, read shark books, watched Shark Week shows, and even made some yummy fun treats!
We look forward to this week every year! So much fun!
The Baby-Sitters Club!!!
Has anyone else totally fallen in love with this little show?!
I love how sweet and innocent it is.
I was a big Baby-Sitters Club fan when I was in Elementary school. I used to get up on the top bunk of my bed with a pretend phone and my trapper keeper and act like I was answering phone calls for the club and scheduling appointments to babysit. I totally thought it was the coolest thing around. And well this show is just too cute and does the real Babysitters Club justice in my opinion.
Bok Tower!
We went to Bok Tower Gardens this past weekend with family and it was breathtaking. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
Bok Tower is in Lake Wales, Florida, and sits at the highest point in peninsular Florida. It was built by a man by the name of Edward Bok who was from Europe.
This tower is just truly amazing and the grounds are breathtaking. If you live in central or south Florida and haven’t made it here yet, you need to take a day road trip and enjoy this beautiful place that Mr. Bok built.
I have been searching for an easy to make a refreshing salad for some time and I totally hit the jackpot with this one.
It’s so easy to make and super super yummy!
I’m mad that I didn’t take a picture of it all week. I guess it was just that good!
Just trust me and go make it!
Coffee mug
I got two of these coffee mugs at Costco this past week and I love them! They have kept my coffee warmer and I love that they have a handle on them. Just fun! And a perfect way to wrap up this Friday Favorites!

My daughters loved BSC and I thought they did a great job updating the story line but sticking to the original plot. We loved it!
I love the Babysitter’s Club! Those books were the best and this show is just so cute. I love that they modernized it enough (with cell phones and whatnot) but kept the same innocence about it. You all visited such a pretty park!
I have been LOVING homeschooling my kids! We have had a few hick-ups but otherwise it’s been beautiful! I just love watching their little lightbulbs go off and the joy they share. I thank God that I am able to do this and pray that it keeps going well.
