Friday Favorites

Seriously I don’t know where time is going. As soon as daylight savings time happened it seems the gas hit the floor and we are cruising straight through to Friday every week!

We had a great week with a couple of car issue hiccups, but overall it was wonderful!

Before you read my favorites, take a minute and think of as many things as you can that you loved this past week! It’s such a fun way to do a little reflection.

I bought a new diaper bag on Amazon! This is my fourth bag since having Caroline. I know you might think—overkill, but I love love love bags! I don’t know why but give me $30 to spend at Marshalls and I’ll go straight to the bags. I just love them!

This diaper bag is so nice! It’s big—so if you’re looking for a small bag this is not the one to get.

I love all the storage it has. Caroline seems to be getting bigger every day and seems to be eating all the time, so I needed a bag that could hold her water bottles and snacks along with mine too. 🙂

This past weekend we went to view the manatees at the Manatee viewing center in Apollo Beach. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any manatees. I think the waters were to warm, but we did have a great time!

The water was beautiful, the trees were gorgeous, and the weather was perfect!

We did stingrays in the wild and at the center. The rays they have at the center are actually the rays in the tank at Tropicana Stadium.

Local or tourist, it’s a great place to be outdoors and it’s free! Here’s the link Manatee Viewing Center. If you go hopefully, you’ll be luckier than we were and actually see Manatees. The center is only open Nov. 1-April15. I suggest going when it’s colder out in hopes to see a manatee.

I have honey every day, either with a banana and peanut butter or on my oatmeal. I also use honey for Caroline’s waffles instead of syrup. We both love some honey.

A couple of weeks ago I was tired of squeezing the honey from the bottle and it being so messy and sticky. So I found this fun and beautiful honey jar. I will not be going back to the old bottles anymore. 🙂 The jar is so beautiful, clean, and easy.

If you know me, you know I love a good lotion. I bought this lotion the other day at Costco.

I don’t where CeraVe cream has been all my life but wow! It’s so creamy, doesn’t leave a greasy residue, and has a lovely scent that is ever so subtle.

snapped a picture of Caroline’s PT room before we got started 🙂

Earlier this month I asked for prayers for Caroline and her physical therapy. Her pediatrician recommended we go because she has low tone in her muscle and is only scooting on her bottom not actually crawling. Well, we went this past week to a different therapist because of insurance stuff…and we love her new Physical Therapist! Caroline is already making small progress with crawling. She suggested we buy these shorts to help Caroline tone her legs. I can’t wait till they come in the mail. Caroline tried them on at therapy and loved them!

My mama heart was worried about going to therapy again but she is doing great! I’m so proud of her!

I hope you all have a great weekend! We are hoping to go to the beach but it might be a little too chilly for us Floridians…we’ll see!

Happy Friday and Happy Weekend!
