I don’t know about you but it feels like Father’s Day snuck up on me this year. I always think this is how John must feel when he forgets a holiday lol!
Well, we are excited to give John this cute craft we made for him for Father’s Day! Of course, Caroline already tried to tell him all about it and even tried to find it to give it to him. Thankfully I hid it well enough from her and him lol!
Caroline had such a great time making it and I know he is going to love it!
We decided to decorate a fun tie for John this year and make a shirt for him to go with it.
Every morning, John and Caroline pick out his tie together and she loves to see take his tie upstairs and hang it back up once he gets home from work. So needless to say, his tie is a part of our day and she loves it so it was fun to make our own version.

- First, I outlined the tie then had her color it.
- I took a piece of cardstock and a strip of blue paper and curved the blue paper around for the collar. I use glue dots to make these stick but glue or tape would work too.
- We stuck the tie on and wrote little things on the pocket square.
- I cut out a little pocket and glued it so we could put the pocket square in and out.
Super easy fun craft from Caroline to John. 🙂
